COMMUNITY Development and Social Services Minister Doreen Mwamba says more than two million households have benefited from the Emergency Social Cash Transfer (ECT) programme, which was rolled out in response to the drought crisis. And Mwamba says she is ready to present detailed reports on how funds under both the ECT and the Cash for Work programmes have been utilised, in order to avoid audit queries.
