THE Zambia Police Service has revealed that it recorded 9,377 road traffic accidents in the second quarter of 2025, with Lusaka Province accounting for the highest number of cases at 4,713. Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga says during the period under review, the police also saw an increase in traffic fines collected through admission of guilt, to the tune of K18,152,450.
