POLICE have detained PF faction vice-president Given Lubinda and secretary general Raphael Nakacinda after warning and cautioning them for failure or refusal to submit a passport and seditious practices respectively. And police have arrested and PF faction chairperson for information and publicity Emmanuel Mwamba for seditious practices. But PF faction central committee member Ronald Chitotela says the arrest of the three PF leaders on the same day is shocking.
